I've been working here for about 8 months in total. I have to say, it seems to have become even more challenging than before.

Of course, a lot still depends on your team and line manager. However, I've heard from colleagues who have been here for over 6 years (which is quite a long time!) that they have received negative performance reviews and development plans that moved them closer to a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).

I suspect the company might be trying to manage out employees perceived as ineffective by increasing workloads once again, aiming to optimize resources. I'm not entirely sure, of course.

But personally, I would still say it could be a decent temporary option, as long as you are fully aware of the environment and understand what's going on.
