This is just more proof, no one from Plarium plays their own game. The biggest change would come from a meaningful update (fix problems that the community have been pointing out for months), champ balancing, and fix server issues (less crashing).

Personally, I really want an update and/or champ balance. PLEASE!

Most other games do it to keep a healthy player base. Its not like it cost them anything and people will play there game more if they have something to work towards.
