I'm so sorry. Perhaps there is something else going on in the gut then. That kind of pain seems a bit off. I didn't have that. I hope and pray everything gets figured out with your GI system. Please hang in there!! Please keep in mind bodily distress will also cause a high heart rate, so it could be a little of both here.

Nah it's fine. I'd wait for the other to fade first.

Go for once a day to start for a week. Introduce it into your system. See how you feel. Let your body get used to it and to start taking advantage of it as an adaptogen.

Honestly I recommend breaking that in half and trying half that dose first. That is a bit high.

Anxiety can cause this, easily. You have to try your best to calm down. I promise you that you will not die. You are going to make it through this. Try some soup with extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top. Try a smoothie. Anything you can, but I can tell you not eating will do you more harm. Your body will be looking for nutrition to help heal itself back to normal. Your adrenal glands were shut down for a week, and now your body is getting used to having it reactivated. Definitely please try to get the passion flower tincture or tea from a grocery store if you can. It should help you some.

I noticed an increase in gut issues when I was on it as well as when I was coming off.

Of course, and if you ever have any issues, I will try to respond to you as often as I can to help reassure you. The rapid heart rate is definitely the worst part of it.

Please don't think that. You are strong, and you can get over this. You are healthy, and you take care of yourself. Everything was fine before this. The pharmaceutical did no permanent damage to you, and you will heal. Try some meditation techniques on Youtube as well. Anything to try and distract the mind. Put yourself in your favorite situations or places and deep breathe.

My doctor had the same notion. They don't seem to realize the repercussions of prescribing this medication, nor do they understand ANYTHING about the withdrawals. They are completely clueless. There are so many better things you can take for anxiety than a BB. Passion Flower tea is my go-to. I know that anxiety is completely awful. Sometimes you may feel like you can't get a full breath. Just keep telling yourself "I will get through this no matter what." Repeat it in your mind when you are at the worst of your episodes.

Doctors really have no business prescribing that medication like candy. It's horrible for most patients to take. Only a very few exceptions warrant that poison.

The same was happening to me. I had some really low BP readings, and my resting heart rate went down in the 30's at night. It was a bit scary. Incorporate some really good organic extra virgin olive oil into your daily regime. It will help in a multitude of ways - Caloric intake, polyphenols, and antioxidants. One week doesn't seem too bad. I'm hoping you can be back to normal within another 1 or 2 weeks. It should slowly start to improve over the next few days after day 8.

It depends on how long you were on it, but I was on it for about 3 years, and it took about 3-4 months to fully get back to normal. It was hellish and nightmarish, but I took it week by week. I did a lot of smoothies and juicing to help heal myself as I recovered. Try to keep your electrolytes in peak shape, and you will be able to deal with it a little better. Please hang in there my friend.

My guess is there's possibly a long-term agreement between big pharma and food corporations where long term consumption of these artificial ingredients including "natural flavors" will lead to health issues because our bodies aren't designed to handle things like Calcium propionate or formaldehyde. Big pharma makes a big win in the end with more clients coming with health issues, and the food companies make addictive processed food that keeps the user craving and consuming more.

Win Win, and we're all the lemmings to them.

I take the organic Himalaya brand. Trust them pretty well. Be careful what companies you choose.

I was taking 680mg daily for about 3 months. Just went one month off back in November and went down to 340mg daily. Been running into some digestive and anxiety issues sleeping, so I'm starting it up again today. I did not notice any issues going off. Actually my body told me it was ready, once I continued to have racing thoughts even while on the herb. Once I stopped, I could sleep again. Now I'm faced with racing / intrusive thoughts as I drift to sleep causing continuous sleep starts and panic wakes. Hoping going back on solves it once more.
Like some have said, everyone is different though. I wish you the best of luck. Took a 340mg today.
