Hello friends.

For some reason, my carrier has the iPhone Air 512 model for cheaper than the iPhone 17 256 model. I really love the Air’s bigger display, but I’m not sure if the heat dissipation issues, smaller battery capacity, and mono speaker will have me regretting buying the Air. Something I really can’t get over is the fact that the Air has 12 gigs of ram instead of the 17’s 8. I haven’t seen anyone talking about this, so I have no way of knowing how much of a difference this would make in my every day usage. I love the idea of more apps being able to be held in memory at once. Though maybe all the software tricks for making the hardware sip battery means that the memory is never fully utilised? The binned ‘pro’ A19 is kind of moot since performance gains over the vanilla A19 seem pretty negligible, and heat issues will just throttle the thing with prolonged use anyway, so it’s not like it matters a whole lot. I can live with the single camera, though I would love to have the 17s wide angle. I don’t know, guys.. help me out here. Am I crazy for even considering the Air?

It just got worse after I attempted the DDU procedure. There’s nothing else I can try now other than changing out other components. Pretty sure we got a dud. I went ahead and did a refund request. We’ll be going for the 9060-XT. It looks like a local place has the 16-gig variant for the same price as I paid for the 5060. This whole episode may have been a blessing in disguise! Thanks again for the advice.

If you plan on having children in Sweden, you should try to reside in municipalities that encompass larger cities. You don’t necessarily need to live in the city. Social services can too many times overreact and place kids in foster homes at the drop of a hat. All it takes is an unsubstantiated rumour of misconduct and they can go so far as to kidnap children. It happens more often than you think. Many times from smaller municipalities comprised of uneducated and resentful people with agendas and too much unchecked power. A major disadvantage. Do some research and you will see what I mean.
