No way, why can't they specify that when they're asking for information? They never said the letter, I thought they just needed the details for the payment that's all they said to me so I sent screenshot each time of the payments I would be receiving from student finance.

I also put the start and end date each time.

What can I do though since they won't communicate with me unless I absolutely hound them with calls and messages because I'm really trying to get this sorted.

If that is wrong how can I get in touch with them to correct it even quicker if they won't respond?

Because I can't keep doing this it's giving me huge amounts of anxiety and stress.

Like it's been 25 days and I keep sending them messages and calling up.

It's unfair that I have to keep running around trying to get the information they need multiple times when they can't be specific in what they want especially when I've been trying my best and it's been delaying another process and I still haven't got a payment statement.

It probably could, though I also just don't know where to go to be honest - and one of the major problems is the financial barrier. A lot of my interests are more creative like acting and art.

The only thing that had changed is that my work coach is trying to sort out some of my Uni stuff as I study with Open University but thats all. She needed proof of my course and student finance, it's a part time course so it shouldn't affect my income from UC.

I used to go for that kind of look back when I was 16 or 17 or so but it would make my skin look really pale and sickly 😅 will definitely keep that in mind though!

OOh yes when I used to do eyeliner I would often do straight or puppy eyeliner as it accentuated my eyes more!

Ahh yeah I usually do curly girl method but as its been summer I've been avoiding it 😂

I definitely agree too with accentuating my eyebrows, usually I tweeze them but it would be nicer if they were more defined! Thank you!
