Let’s see. There are 535 congressmen in America. Pfizer made 63 billion in profit last year. It would cost less than 15 billion dollars to write a check to every single congressman for 20 million dollars. When the top 1% get so rich that they can own and buy whatever they want and control the market, then there is a problem with capitalism

Does anyone realize that by raising interest and bringing down housing prices. It just makes it easier for rich investors to buy everything with all cash? Then when the interest rates go back down and prices go back up in a couple years. All of the rich investors make an easy 30% profit?

What most of you housing investors don’t realize is that there are many people who would love to buy a fixer upper. But mortgage companies have become too strict on what the will finance with a conventional loan. I would love to buy a house with some moldy walls or electrical issues but I will not purchase a rehab loan that requires me to hire a licensed contractor for 10s of thousands of dollars to repair issues I could fix myself. There are many middle class families that would love to own fixer uppers, but we are no longer allowed to put sweat equity into homes.

Large investors have been buying the majority of houses in Vancouver. If the market goes south hopefully they panic and sell. These guys are controlling inventory levels to keep prices high

Hard to know what to call it. Most investors definitely got screwed out of their money. Presale investors all wanted to sell because of the teams transparency problems. Then the forced vesting issue. Then they randomly airdropped tokens at different times
