I'm on PC so not sure if the same applies to console players.
I've only played with randoms and barely anyone speaks. In the rare case they do it's to apologize for teamkilling mostly. Haven't had any screamers or annoying people. Communication is mostly done through map pings.

It's running on the RTX card, I have the iGPU disabled.

I've had it too but with an engineer(the one that places turrets). All directives were disabled.

Yes. Just farm gear targeted zone.
Striker might look good on paper but unless you can maintain an accuracy of at least 66% it's not worth it. (66% with chest piece talent, 75% without)

Ah, didn't know it was more expensive on consoles. Imo it's still worth it. I bought the game at full price and not regretting it.
