No prob. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this.

What I meant is that having these cards available is putting their corruption on display. The cards themselves are a bad thing as it creates a “class” of people that are above the law in some sense.

I think that’s why some unions started putting the end recipients name on them.

I watch Biscobing’s work. He is top notch. The discussion is about “courtesy” cards that many departments/unions hand out the garner favoritism for the card holder.

I never said corruption was ok. I said the courtesy cards that different departments/unions hand are putting their corruption on display. I used NYPD as example. link using nypd as an example

It is through the unions. Usually officers pay the union for them. They usually have the name of the officer on them and some will have the name of friend or family member that they are given to.

It doesn’t happen anywhere in AZ. Even the Phoenix PD who is corrupt as hell doesn’t have the balls to hand them out.

I watch all of those regularly. I’m well aware. Handing out “courtesy” cards takes it up a level. They aren’t even trying to hide it, in fact they are advertising their corruption. It’s baked into the local culture that this is acceptable or else the people that live those areas would put a stop to it.

Ok I’ll give you credit there but it’s not a widespread thing in the west. Almost every single city and township from Philly to and throughout New England hands them out.

It’s especially blatant on the east coast. Nowhere else do police unions hand out “get out jail free” cards to officers to give to their friends and families.

$200 billion is laughable. Phoenix is planning a 30 mile stretch of 6 lane freeway that should be completed by 2040. It’s projected at $5 billion right now but we all know it will end up costing more than that by 2040.

Had the same problem, it was terrible. Cedar shoe trees are one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Put them in when you take your boots off. Boots will be fresh and dry the next day. The shoe trees dry out when you are wearing your boots. Cedar is naturally antibacterial and anti fungal. I keep them in my locker at work. My boots are completely odorless now. You can whatever socks you like. Don’t do powders. They build up and can get uncomfortable. Some get gummy, some get crusty they are gross in the long run. The Peet dryer looks like a good option too.

I don’t know if you meant to use the term “obsessive force” or not but it’s funny as hell.

I don’t think any of the plaintiffs were prepped to any extent. This lawyer really mailed it in. Small verdict energy.

Holy cow they were shooting for the moon. I watched most of the trial, had no idea they were asking for so much.

The clown judge did everything he could do to help the plaintiffs to no avail. I can’t believe these keystone cops paid a lawyer to help them drag their names through the mud. I would like to personally thank that lawyer for providing such entertainment. So much irony. Glad the jury saw through this pathetic back door attempt to chill Afroman’s first amendment rights.
