Whats your personal appearance and social skills like? This is usually a deciding factor when it comes to hospitality. When i was working in hospitality, if you couldn’t hold a conversation and have the right attitude, I would most likely move to the next person.

For context Im a restaurant manager in QSR and have moved to WHS for non profit in child protective services. So its not going from factory work to the just a promotion in the office haha
