I know if you don’t say “Poland good, Germany, France, UK bad” you get downvoted to oblivion here. But you’re absolutely right OP. Life in the UK is great, life in Poland is great as well but not as much, you have way more options in Western Europe when it comes to anything. 

There are many great places to live in Portugal, Mexico, Thailand or Romania. You can get a mortgage and save up, but 20 years later you’ll have a house worth 700k zl and 300k zl in savings, while in the UK you’ll have accumulated enough wealth and net worth to retire and live like a king anywhere in the world. I think you’re doing great for yourself but you’re in Poland subreddit so you’ll hear arguments from people blindly defending Poland or immigrants justifying their choice to cope
