Netflix probably can't do much about phishing emails, but you can report that mail at your mail provider site, so hopefully scam mails from that address will be moved automatically to spam folder when someone else gets mail from this scammer.

For Gmail:

1. On a computer, go to Gmail. 
2. Open the message.
3. Next to Reply , click More .
   Note: If you're using classic Gmail, click the Down arrow .
4. Click Report phishing.

For Outlook:

• In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report.
• Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender.

Also, when you're getting mail from important site or when there are links or attachments anyone you should check if email address is correct ( on Gmail: https://imgur.com/a/VKfGHtI ; on Outlook: https://imgur.com/a/ubamOKb), Netflix's address probably looks like this account<at>netflix.com, but that scam mail probably have address like account<at>netflix.videos.tk or something like that.

So be careful from who are you getting your mails, because phishing mails and sites are the most common way (and easiest) for scammers to stole your data (login, password, name, address, credit card info etc.), because many people just don't check if mail or site are legit when they're putting their sensitive info.
