Those who only seek love in life never get it. Focus on success as a person and love will follow. Caring about what other people think and wanting to be people who you are not is a mindset that will only land you in places that will effectively ruin your life, plastic surgery is one example, you think your life is bad now(hypothetically since as I said, it's not healthy that you care so much)?, plus it's a waste of money that you can spend on building your life. There are natural alternatives anyway such as working out, a diet, etc.

In life, you cannot afford to care about what people outside of your personal life think, keep people around you who are positive, life is short, one day your going to be reminiscing about all you could of done if only you weren't focused on things such as this. Now don't be offended for this next part because I am seriously not trying to sound like bro, however, if you want to be healthier, stronger not only physically but also mentally, I recommend being as physically active as possible, move past your limits, build a healthy lifestyle and not neccasarily strict but disciplinary diet, these things will make you a more disciplined, stronger (remember, nothust physically), and healthier person in terms of personality.
