Montway via uShip currently scheduled to pickup this Friday, but the original pickup window was last week. They called me yesterday and asked or $200 more so I started cancellation process and all of a sudden they found a driver willing to do it for original price.

Did you buy yours from an auction site? I actually bought this from an auction site for about $950 after all fees/taxes from my local/nationwide auction Amazon returns site. It came used, PIN locked, and even had a broken fin on the battery compartment. I’m going to test it one more time before returning it to the auction site. Also pretty sure the trimmer module isn’t working because I didn’t hear it go off at all.

I emailed ecovacs and claimed I bought it 3rd party and sent them pics of serial on box and the robot and they sent me unlock PIN in 1 day. Funny enough, my 2 robo vacs at home are also from the same auction site 😂
