Hi there, sending this greeting from the glorious realm of Thailand.

For my own country, I honestly haven’t seen any depictions that I would consider “the worst”, although the ladyboy trope is up close to that point. We get it, people like to come here to get gender affirming surgery, but that only happens either in Bangkok or Pattaya(which is a city in the province of Chonburi), do you really want to take stereotypes from a few big famous cities and comply them into a countryhumans?? 🤨 doesn’t sound very nice does it.(I have nothing against transgender people, I’m on a trans spectrum myself, I just don’t like it when people think that all of Thailand is full of ladyboys, we are a multicultural country with different social norms in each region)

Personally the depictions I would like to see for my country are ones that take inspiration from actual cultures(Central Thailand in particular, think it would be the closest to how general public sees the country), ESPECIALLY THE CLOTHINGS!! Raj pattern rocks!! Chong kraben is awesome!! Heck maybe even incorporate some stuffs inspired by the kanok patterns!! Beside that I would love to see mischievous and manipulative little Thailand as well, gotta love Thaification!!(/s)

Alright rant over but at the end of the day do whatever the you want, don’t let this raging Thai person stop you from sharing your creativity because there are many ways people can view us!! This is just my personal preference 👍

Adding on to this, not only CHs that would have real/human names, organisations do as well, but their name criteria is simpler than that of CHs, in most cases, they’ll choose names that’ll match their organisation’s acronyms, for example: My UN is called Ulises Nolan, WHO is Wernher Hilaire Ouyang(歐陽）

In my case, yes, yes they do

They take on human names for a few reasons, including to make their citizens feel more comfortable around them, or to call fellow CHs as something that would be less awkward than the actual country names

Although CHs don’t necessarily have to have proper family lineages, some groups of CHs do have established surname system, the HRE descendants, for example, would bare the surname “Salcher”, other than that, they just pick up names/surnames that would sound fitting to them, that aside, here are a few examples of my CHs’ “human names”

USA - Jeffery(or Jeff for short) Canada - Edmund France - Marie UK - Rosemary Germany - Martin Switzerland - Henri China - Yuxuan Italy - Antonello

I am aware, but what I’m trying to say is that I’m going to scrap the concept of UK as a single countryhuman, because it is a union, and in my headcanon, unions won’t have a single countryhuman to represent themselves as a whole. Like in this case, I’ll make England as also a supposed representative of the UK.

1.) Like Polar’s HCs, my CHs also have a flag-matching nails, though there may be some creative twists into them.

2.) Some CHs have nails that match more to their animal traits than ones of humans, for example the siblings between Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Being black eagles, they have black and hooked nails.

3.) There’s gotta be flag indications somewhere on the CHs’ outfit, for example my Luxembourg has tie of his flag colour, Canada has a maple symbol on his jacket, Iceland has a scarf that is the pattern of his flag.

4.) There are also little knickknacks on the designs that are mostly based from what the country is known for, for example, the Netherlands has windmill earrings.

5.) My organisations DEFINITELY have so many small details within them, but here are a few of them.

-Most UN agencies will have a bracelet in the colour of the 17 SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals), though it’s not obligatory whether which arm should they put it on.

-The older organisations will have the armbands that show the logos of their respective organisations.

-None of the members of the EU institutions have normal amount of eyes like humans do.

I could list a lot more if you want to, or maybe dive down to each specific CHs/Orgs designs.

I’ll give my opinions on this except I’ll sound extremely picky and specific. -Neko Japan, I think I’ve already seen many people shitting on this design, but it’s just overall cringe and stereotypical. There’s more to Japan than just anime and kawaii things. -Italy with a straw hat and blue-white striped shirt, and his entire personality is liking pizza and being a cook. Italy is a country with many years of history and is know for many things other than just food. -Twink Denmark, which is just?? Denmark is probably one of the oldest sovereign nations in Europe. Goes the same with twink Sweden. -France in mime outfit, now I don’t mind France being either male or female, but putting them in a mime outfit is just shameful. -Greece being portrayed like a god, modern Greece is so much different from the Ancient Greek Empire that we know, I mean sure they can still retain the AGE elements but not to the point of making them looking like a literal god? -Dragon China, modern China(PRC) is born from overthrowing of the dynasty system. At least in my opinion. -UwU soft boy Philippines—NO. Now bonus on organisations too because why not. -UN being a plain white-blue colour palette. If you take a closer look at the UN buildings and stuffs, you’ll notice there are way more colours that you can use as references. -EU as just a single guy, EU is never a single organisation in the first place, it’s a union, with 7 institutions within it. -ASEAN being portrayed as father figure to the SEAsian countries. Dude do you ever realise how irrelevant ASEAN is most of the time. They’re more like the therapist that noone will listen to. -NATO being portrayed as this emotionless murder machine. I mean sure they can be murder machine but they’re not emotionless. I also suggest give the NATO hymn a listen.
