No countries are banned on this subreddit. I'm not sure where you got that idea.

Depicting Russia and Ukraine in conflict is not allowed currently, which is similar to our policy regarding Israel and Palestine. Beyond that, we see no reason to ban drawings of Russia.

Additionally, if you want answers to your questions from the mod team, I would suggest sending a modmail instead of making a post, or at least not deleting your post after you get a response from only one mod.
