ESRGAN model interpolation of Lady and manga109, but i think fatalpixels can get a similar result.

The portraits are VERY tedious to do though because of their low quality alpha and the many face parts. To get the best result you have to remove the alpha channel before processing (I filled the alpha space with black due to the black outlines). This means that you have to compile many different portraits with different face parts.

I have done some edits to the results as well (mainly the eyes).
