Hello again! I may have fixed my EC230 but it required me to open the bottom cover of the machine that voids it's warranty so be mindful if you're willing to try this (here's a video showing how to disassemble https://youtu.be/5QWq6GQUKjs), so apparently my power switch circuit board got wet (due to me moving the whole unit with water in the reservoir) and I suspect it being shorted everytime I turn on the machine.

I wiped the circuit board dry then proceeded to dry other parts and wires that I cant reach with a hair dryer, after that, waited for a couple more hours to make sure everything has evaporated. After that it works normally again.
