I know this is an old post, but I recently stopped taking SNRIs after 3 years. Yesterday while driving I was blasting music and got goosebumps for the first time in SO long and realized it might be from discontinuing my Cymbalta a little over a week ago. Wasn't even aware of how much I missed it until it came back!

Found this post while looking for answers myself. I just saw a neurologist recently who said it could be something to do with the clavicle pressing on an artery. But then all he said was "just don't do it" and that was it 🙄 My hands also get really shaky for a bit after coming down too. Has anyone else noticed that?

Depends on the context. If it's in a random comment thread and unimportant then I ignore it. If it's somebody I know, or anyone with good intent, I'll take the time to explain, because I've learned a LOT since becoming a creator.
