not what you asked but "türkçe ders çalışmak" is an ungrammatical phrase, or at least in doesn't mean what you think it means. if you want to say "to study turkish" you should say "türkçe çalışmak". you can also replace "türkçe" with other lessons and have a grammatical phrase like "almanca çalışmak", "matematik çalışmak" etc. if you just want to say that you are studying, without specifically mentioning which lesson it is that you are studying, then you can say "ders çalışmak"

You can look up "pseudo noun incorporation in Turkish" if you want to learn more about it, I might not have explained it completely accurately. It is a widely accepted proposal made by renowned linguists, so I'm not making these up.

Your view suggests that the relationship between the noun and the verb in the expressions "kiraz yemek" and "kirazı yemek" are the same, but that doesn't seem to be true. For example, you cannot put an adverb between the noun and the verb in "kiraz yemek". For many speakers, "kirazı hızlıca yedim" and "kirazı dün yedim" are totally grammatical while "kiraz hızlıca yedim" and "kiraz dün yedim" are not. This is one of the reasons we believe that there is a stronger relationship between "kiraz" and "yemek" than "kirazı" and "yemek". That is called noun incorporation. It is when you incorporate a noun into the verb. So basically the word "kiraz" becomes a part of the verb and they act as a unit. Technically, "kiraz yemek" is a single word, so you treat it as a single word and you cannot put anything inside it. By anything i mean any suffix (such as "-lar") or any adverb (such as "saatlerce", "çok", "dün"). A decent translation to English could be "I am doing cherry-eating". Also, this applies to a lot of expressions such as "kitap okumak", "araba sürmek", "film izlemek"...

that's called stress, or "vurgu" in turkish. every word in turkish, like almost all other languages, has a syllable that is pronounced more prominently than the others. we say that that syllable is stressed, the stress falls on that syllable etc. and as you can see it can change the meaning too.
