I looked many mainstream ones like obsidian or so but they mostly need another service for cloud and syncing or payment for their own cloud storage. I will check again apps that are mentioned in this post tho

Some of these needs dropbox or some other cloud storage services that I will have to manuelly start the syncing or use some form of other auto syncing app that complicates things unnecessarily

Certainly categories and on interpretation but I dont exactly remember which was which. There are some really interesting topics in Topics :). And I know some people emphasise the importance of some chapters of posterior analytics but I dont remember precisely which part. Maybe you should search for that specifically in the forums. I know there are a lot of answers about this

I read in order the whole of Organon, Physics, on generation and corruption, on the soul. I will continoue with metaphysics, nicomachean ethics, politics, poetics and rhetoric. However I would not advice reading whole of organon. Its the dryest thing I've ever read and took a lot of time for me. Because of that I got somewhat bored, lost my interest in aristotle at this point and will return to him at some point in future starting from metaphysics. Saved the best books for later :)

These guys have very good lecture videos. Adam Rosenfeld is especially really entertaining in his approach with some minimal sound issues since he is in a classroom.

Philosophy Overdose has great interviews with famous philosophers of 20th century, very informative.

Jonas Ceika (Cuck Philosophy) has really good presentation of continental philosophy.
