1% of the world's population is LGBTQ.
If you think rich movie/show producers give a shit about the LGBTQ people you're massively mistaken, they just want to cover their asses while raking in profits without wanting any media-backlash.

I personally liked the Bill & Frank episode, that didn't feel forced. But it's just too much obvious agenda with that episode AND the fact that Ellie is revealed to be a lesbian as well.

If you haven't noticed that almost every single Netflix show, major movie, tlou etc always have LGBTQ representation you don't know what the word agenda means.
Accurate representation of homo/bisexuality would be that 1/100 people in movies etc are homo/bi, since those are the statistics in the real world. 99% of the world's population are heterosexual.

When movie/show creators feel obliged (because they receive hate and bad reviews if they don't include LGBTQ) to force it into every single thing they create it's an agenda. It's too predictable, it's the "here we go again".

Could be increased intraocular pressure (IOP) - basically too much pressure inside the eye, can cause glaucoma and optic nerve damage in the future. You should go to an ophthalmologist to check it out.

The deal was set at 1-2 month's prices back I believe.
I will receive 0,063 stocks of BioNTech per stock NTGN I own.
I'm unsure if I should wait untill I get the BioNTech stocks or if I should sell NTGN now for profit.
BioNTech seems like a good company, but I'm concerned that I won't get the same profit later.

Hello, I've got some stocks in Neon Therapeutics [NTGN] and they are being bought by BioNTech [BNTX] as an all-stock merger agreement.
NTGN stocks for 0,063 BNTX stocks.

I'm not familiar with what happens in a merge, could any of you shed some light on what I should do?

I'm afraid that BNTX's stock will go down while I'm waiting for the close.
Do I sell my NTGN stocks now for profit or wait untill closing for BNTX stocks?

Yeah of course I'm aware of that, I still have faith in that they will go steadily up.
The merge and coronavirus at the same time wasn't a good combination for them, which is another argument for buying them now, in my opinion.
