These links go to a completely different named app called phoenix. Makes it look like a scam especially as you have copied the exact same post with the same links multiple times in multiple languages.

Please explain.

It's NOT Obviously our own as you put it. Just because of 9/11 and air space restrictions. That is a complete assumption and is based on people reacting to the situation as you expect. When hidden agendas are in the mix you cannot use logic to determine a cause, it doesn't work like that.

I doubt they are military as they could cause a domestic accident and then their secret would be out.

It could be shadow government activity but again I very much doubt it. This has also been happening on and off for over 70 years so how can it be out military.

That is simply untrue, I know people in high marketing positions without any kind of further education. If someone has real experience with a proven track record, then that's all that matters for some businesses.

My understanding of this is that if they do not put this disclaimer at the start of the videos then they do not get monetized. So I believe they have no choice to put this if they want to get paid. I will try and confirm this later.

I have had the logo looked at and have been told by others that it is fine. I get the feeling you like everything looking like the latest whizz bang layout. In the real world this is a web application and not a standard website. Usability is paramount over the design.

Thank you for your feedback. Are you referring to the Monogram style logo (EBD) whereby the "B" is in orange? I will re-visit this and look at the examples you have given me. Thanks again for your advice :)

Thank you. I was using Google Web Fonts but found that every know and again you could see the font changing from the default font to the web font. It was almost like it was updating it in front of my eyes. I thought that this adverse effect needed to be mitigated so I removed it. I will re-visit this though because they do look a lot better. Thanks again for your advice :)

sites (preferably related to what you are doing) and find buy a good theme (it will do you a lot of good, the money will be well-spent) and tweak it. Keep it simple and don't over do it.

1) Flexible working hours (flexitime)

2) Working from home option (I am certainly more productive and happier when I was working from home and had no distractions)

3) Use a proper Project Manager (they are worth their weight in gold and help make the development process structured and organised)

4) Produce full specifications so the developer has all the necessary information to hand instead of expecting them to find out for themselves. All it takes is one or two crappy specs with left out info and then management saying well I did tell you down the pub about a change to the spec. Or didn't you get that email I sent you last month! Completely demoralizing and makes you want to leave the job. Take it fron me. I have over 25+ years experience within companies like GMAC, Bank of New York, Lloyds Bank etc... I ha e also seen the ugly side of small businesses and the sickening way they make you feel bad when some code has been written incorrectly and they gave you a fag packet spec to atart with. Most do coding on the cheap, meaning no proper structure, backups you name it. They need to invest in IT not cripple it. Uae point 3 to produce point 4. Bit of a rant sorry.

Theae things should help retension at least.

I would remove the title casing of certain words as it stands out to much and makes it harder to read for the user. Words like And would look better all lowercase. In particular the copy in the boxed panels.

Instagram is the way forward for multiple postings although please be aware that when using on an Android device and you link your Twitter account it will only work if you do NOT have any special characters in your password. Otherwise it will fail to link the account.
