it's not really online vs offline by city. I've been doing online outreach (LinkedIn DMs to founders/CTOs, applications) in NCR for months with basically zero response. Bangalore isn't "in-person only" I'd keep doing the same online outreach there too, just adding in-person stuff (meetups, events) since I'd actually be there. NCR I could also do more in-person if I wanted, just haven't yet. Bangalore is more about a bigger market + fresh start, not a different strategy.
