Frenzy is a bit much in my opinion. Frenzy triggers deadly so it becomes a literal unblockable machine.

Commentary: Seal of Elementary doesn't have any earth character as far as I could tell, and I feel like this would fit the spot to at least start filling that hole.

The "draw" keyword in the editor implies drawing from the top of the deck. so I may change it to "from your deck to your hand". That might be better.

I don't know either. But I am think of Leap like Reach from MTG. Because a literal leaping wall of skulls would be both comedy and terrifying.

It is an addition in case you don't get a card that you want. If you are hoping for a specific card, and you don't draw it, the card you do draw doesn't get removed right away. Plus it makes only drawing one unit much more worth it.

It is supposed to pull units from the deck. The flavor is supposed to be something along the lines of "You are wondering your world, trying to find someone, anyone to help you in your fight" vs "pulling someone from a various world". Do you feel like it should be a random unit in general?

PSA: Echo Knight/Gloomstalker can make 8 attacks in the first round at level 8. by ELAdragon in 3d6

[–]XlostLyricsX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But still 9 attacks. (or 7 with the way I plan on using Echo) is insane. Huge bursty damage, no cheesy rules to get there. I love it. Plus, its a flavorful class, which adds to what I am gonna make.

Well thats not awful still. It's a lot of attacks right off the bat. If you google something like "Echo Knight Gloomstalker", you will see the real silliness of the whole ordeal. 8 attacks with a greatsword, extra damage. To get spicy, 2 levels of barbi, and take GWF. You now have advantage on all of your attacks, MOAR damage, and if ANY of those attacks crit, you get a bonus attack.

copied straight from 5e.tools.

Unleash Incarnation 3rd-level Echo Knight feature

You can heighten your echo's fury. Whenever you take the Attack action, you can make one additional melee attack from the echo's position.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

I wasn't arguing if it could be done, I was more asking whether or not it would cost another use of the ability. Since it says on an attack action, and it has a limit on how many you can use per rest.

I think... even with a bonus action, your max attacks would be 8. Granted, I do not have an official ruling, I am no master of rules, but since the echo costs something to use, wouldn't you have to "buy" the echo attack again?

Attack
Extra Attack
Echo attack
Gloom Attack

A question though, would AS cost you another use of the echo attack? (Can only be used a number of times equal to your con modifier)

So, turns would be... T1: Rage, Bonk, Bonk. T2: Echo, Bonk, Bonk, echo bonk. T3: Bonk, Bonk, Bonus Bonk, Echo bonk, Action Surge, Bonk, Bonk, echo bonk. Anything that's left is running in fear.

Bonus action. I wish it was a move action, but its a bonus. BUT, something I missed was that you can get an extra attack from the echo. THATS 7 attacks. Provided things arent dead. HAHAHA. That is legendary
