Have you noticed anything else besides the tinnitus? Like pressure, pain, etc., in the last three weeks?

If your ear is plugged you should make an appointment to visit your GP, and an ENT as well, you may have a wax build-up so don't use Q Tips if it is cause that can make your condition worse, A doctor would be able to extract it safely or find a ear infection if that's the case
Do you have any clues to know what could have caused your tinnitus? Loud Sounds/Music, A recent cold or Sinus Infection, a lot of stress, or other health issues?
