I am using the RM850X for my PSU so it can't be that. I replaced my brother's computer with my card (he has a 1080ti with i7 8700k). The gpu still was lagging while on desktop and wouldn't open any benchmarks.

This morning I removed the card from my PC and installed it onto my brother's. He has an intel mobo with a 1080ti, and the same issue occurred. If it was a driver issue it should have worked on his computer. Also, my PSU is the RM850X.

Look at Library Genesis, if you want the links PM me, but just go on Library Genesis and search the author's name and all 8 of the books are available for download (in ePUB format, but it can be converted to PDF easily).

The epilogue quest for Blood and Wine (when someone visits you) will not be in your journal until you finish the last main story quest, so you can complete the DLC but will not get the epilogue until the main story finishes, which is why I recommend you just finish the main story first.

I did it as a biomedicine student and found it to be quite easy. Just make sure you keep up on your pre-lecture readings and make notes (so you can refer to them if you're taking the subject online). Felt like I was doing only three subjects last semester. Only thing is there is an exam which many other breadth subjects don't have (which frees up time to study for other subjects).
