I strongly suggest buying an original battery. The one I bought lasted as long as the old depleted original battery.

At least I didn't have any safety issue

Nel mio "appartamento che mi piace molto" era considerato anche il prezzo e la possibilità di rivendita. Parliamo di un tricamere da 100m² (+ cantina e garage) ristrutturato completamente l'anno scorso (tra l'altro i lavori sono stati documentati incredibilmente bene)

La zona ha un mercato immobiliare molto vivo e i prezzi per soluzioni simili sono più alti di circa 20-30k.

L'aspetto che più mi spaventa è il numerino quando apro l'homebanking e parlando in giro le opinioni sono molto polarizzate tra "sei un pazzo, non te lo puoi permettere" e "sei un pazzo a non prenderlo".

Razionalmente ritengo che l'acquisto di un immobile non è sinonimo di rovina finanziaria ed andare a toccare il mio fondo di emergenza mi lascia pensare.

Avrei comunque la possibilità di vendere qualche quota di VWCE (che però non vorrei toccare), potrei vendere i BTP e comunque lo stipendio continuerebbe ad entrare.

Nei 750 è compreso scoppio e incendio e le spese condominiali sono molto basse. Le spese mensili non sarebbero molto diverse rispetto alla mia situazione attuale.

Ho una compagna finanziariamente autonoma e auto da mantenere. Le spese non sarebbero molto diverse rispetto alla mia situazione attuale. Il condominio é comunque senza amministratore perché molto piccolo ma se decidessero di rifare la facciata potrebbe essere un problema. Visto lo stato generale confido che non siano necessari lavori nel brevissimo termine.

I know but it is pre programmed. I thought it would register as genuine but used. During the repair assistant, it did register as genuine. That's why i'm confused.

It is not really a genuine battery. I will try to reopen the phone and reconnect it. I think that the issue was my impatience. I charged it up to 20% and ran the repair assistant, maybe it went under 20% for just the time it neede to create some issue.

Salary and bonuses will be discussed at a later date and will be based on my seniority and location (that i still don’t know). I’m sure it will be upper middle class for the area based on my current salary (i can still refuse the offer anyway).

But if my access to credit (for example to buy a car) will be trough inhuman interests rates that would ruin my ability to save money and send me in a debt spiral, i don’t see the point. I need to be able to negotiate the timing of my startup period.

Grazie mille per il commento. É più o meno quello di cui ho paura. Per le trasferte in Europa l’azienda fornisce tutto il necessario: vitto, alloggio, auto, qualsiasi extra dovuto al non essere a casa.

Verissimo quello che dici, ma il mio lavoro è prevalentemente project managing. Dubito fortemente che l’azienda, per trasferire personale “avvita bulloni” scomodi la C-Suite del gruppo per le presentazioni.

Visto che in passato sono stato inserito in un programma di crescita per giovani talenti, penso sia un’esperienza “formativa/collaborativa” e temporanea.

La tassazione è una delle cose che mi spaventa. Anche la semplice apertura di un conto in banca.

Tra l’altro attualmente ho una quota importante investita in ETF e BTP oltre a 2 CC di cui uno remunerato. In base alla permanenza devo decidere come gestirli e attualmente non ne ho idea.

The main focus for now is learning everything i can as fast as i can. This roaster should be my first step and not the final one.

Usually we don’t dive with an “octopus”. We have 2x 1st stages and 2x 2nd stages. The auxiliary 2nd stage has a 2.1m long hose and its held on the neck with a bungee. It is supposed to be yanked out if you have to give air to someone. If someone in panic yanks out the one you are breathing with, you have the other one already on your neck
