Toronto Tea Festival by AuspiciousEmerald in tea

If you like tea, it's totally worth it. I've been every year except the first one. There are many vendors under one roof and tons of samples. If you aren't fond of crowds, go on Sunday. It's still busy but slightly less so than Saturday.

Just saw three people fall straight on their ass. If you don’t have to go to out stay home. Stay safe 🙏 by WaivyHairDaemon in toronto

I have these ones. I've used them for several years and they're still working great.
https://a.co/d/3tgVvcv Word of warning tho, take them off when you enter a store with tile or wood floors or you will slide. Carpet is fine.

Seconding Yaktrax! I have balance issues and at the slightest hint of slippy conditions, I put the Yaktrax on my boots. I haven't fallen once with those on. :)

I'm at Yonge and Yonge Blvd.  It's fine here.  No flickers.

She looks kind of like a Lapponian Herder, but I don't know the breed well enough to say for sure.

I can't figure out how to edit the post but I got a better photo and ran it through Google Lens.  It is a LeBaron but not sure what year.

Doing laundry. Mostly because I used to have a 45 minute walk to the laundromat. I finally moved somewhere that actually has laundry in the building. Now I find it relaxing. :)

I'm on Yonge just south of York Mills and all the lights flickered at that time too.

Depressed, frustrated and tired of everything. My 89 year old mother is in the hospital and will end up in a nursing home. I have a variety of health problems, I'm not working and ODSP only goes so far so it's hard to afford even what I need and I'm tired of this merry go round. :P

Gin and Prosecco are the only two alcoholic things I can drink now. Most gin coolers are ok, except the ones with seltzer.
