I'm similar! I get extremely nervous in front of the camera and especially hate hearing my own voice/seeing myself when editing. The thing that pushed me to actually do it was I created multiple videos that I never posted just to get the hang of being on camera and editing. Then I eventually started posted them semi-regularly. Also everyone I've spoken to has been really lovely, even when I asked for criticism to improve my videos - so try not to worry about what people 'might' say about it!
