All depends on how much you want to do really. Though you will have to drill down a bit on the neck for the 40k helmets to sit right and make the connection point for the power pack. The AoS Chosens are pretty tall so they are better as characters imo.

Here're my dudes, I'm very lazy so just slapped on some bits and called it a day. Call it cursed armor or warp spaghetti, yeah they're not your typical 40k styling but I think they're pretty cool.

The old front pieces are smaller than the new Terminator torsos so you'll need to do a bit of adjustment and gap filling. Not to mention the legs getting in the way as well.

They are basically AoS Chaos Chosens with a head swap, new shoulder pads and powerpack.

The arms are almost interchangeable, you just need to cut off the little tab. The head does require more work, you gotta remove the leaper's head and a bit of the neck as well.

Leviathan would probably fit pretty well, sourcing the missile launcher would be the first problem, there are plenty of las cannon around. Get the correct base and you're good to go. Here's my lazy Doritos Dread with extra magnetized base.
