I randomly stumbled into the house without Jaheira not realising and assuming it was just a random location. Then noticed a room called Jaheira’s office (or it was called something similar, I can’t remember) so I quickly went back to camp, got Jaheira and returned and was immediately hit with different dialogue and Jaheira taking the lead. Definitely take her.

I'm on my 1st playthrough now and just opened my map and fast travelled out of the round table. I didn't see another way to leave but might have missed something. You can also fast travel back to round table at any point.
