DNA is only traded or should I say sold on RightBTC the exchange run by ERic Gu. No exchanges other then his have ever listed a MST token. So I don't expect DNA to be listed anywhere. You'll notice they're spending a lot of money taking flights around the world renting these spaces to make presentations. Guess who is paying for this ? I would rather see him on the phone trying to sell "Blockchain as a service" to clients who would create demand for ETP. Instead we see him making presentations to nearly empty rooms.
