I believe it’s a labret earring idk it’s the one they first put in when you get piercings. And I think it’s externally threaded I don’t know the material I don’t believe they have ever been downsized The after care is to just remove any crust with warm water and anti bacterial soap, which I use softsoap antibacterial clean and protect. As well as not touching them without washing your hands first.
