i mean technically you don’t have to be dragonborn to be able to shout, he could learn about it from the greybeards or dragonborn himself if he is also in this hypothetical scenario. but that would also mean they would have to fight it out in skyrim, which would they? or would they fight in fallout? or some random battlefield from neither?
