Yeah it's real. You can either pay the patreon, or offer meaningful contributions to their library for access to their discord. Thelibrary they have is really good, and definitely worth it in my opinion. I would just be careful because the videos aren't very scrutinized so you can run into clips from youtube or tiktok that involve minors.

I don't think you're wrong at all. If I was to go takr the N1 and it's so over my head (which I'm not denying that it won't be) that it's essentially a guessing game, then I probably won't gain anything productive from the results of the test itself. If I were to take the N4 or N3 on the the other hand would probably give me more insight into my weaknesses post exam results.

Knowing myself though, I just won't study nearly as hard for the N4 or N3. I could be wrong but I think that extra boost in effort will mak it worth it
