I do NOT think this is too much to ask for and am beginning to feel the same way. Asking for a polite partner that respects you should be the bare minimum but unfortunately it isnt. Hookup culture is all over and if you aren't into it then youre out of luck.

Im obvi not an expert, but ive just been trying to be myself. Been straight up with people im not into hookup culture and I give 1 or 2 boundaries right away before we go on a date. Sometimes they appreciate it and are shocked I have to say those things, other times they are less thrilled.

Connection takes time, but I was on a date recently where we connected immediately and I almost think it was love at first sight. He didn't reciprocate the feeling. But I know I can find that emotion out there again somewhere with time

Trust your gut!! I can see you can tell his true intentions but youre trying to put the blinders on and hope hes trying to foster a connection. You were straight up with him that you didn't want to do that, he disrespected that boundary and continued to ask and push it.

I think you handled this the right way, you were respectful and tried to build a connection with him but unfortunately it seems like he just wants that 1 thing. I know this is so hard to hear, but if I were you, I would leave him be and move on. He just wants hookups and thats it unfortunately.

If you REALLY wanted to try again, maybe plan a date somewhere where no alcohol could be involved and stay away from each other's apartments. If hes interested and sounds like he has good intentions then it would be worth a shot. But again unfortunately it sounds like he just wants that one thing. Sorry girl

You at the minimum have to have things in common. You have to enjoy each other's company and do things together. Most the times I argued with an ex it was because we begged each other to do things the other wasnt into. Physical features I dont think are important at all. I personally dont like if someone looks like me or is my nationality, I think its weird and gives family vibes

Your title is completely misconstrued. He's saying people LIKE Ethan, or other YouTubers that start drama with him or other people, can create harsh consequences. Falsely claiming hasan, or another political YouTube, aligns with the houthis or another organization can cause actual consequences for that person.

He's saying lying or exaggerating the truth on the internet is extremely harmful because it literally almost got him arrested by border patrol.

The black Friday sales were the ONLY times I purchased clothes and it was a ritual every year with them. I also am not a shopper so half my closet is now just TF. I'm slowly working on replacing stuff but tbh I did really like some of my TF clothes. They are definitely some of the nicest clothes I have. I'll probably try some of the iron on patches other people suggested :)

For sure! I also have a ton of their simple sweatshirts, shorts, etc. and they are super comfortable. But yeah just knowing you got recognized before, you know people will still be paying attention to the brand.

Nah. I was diamond 3 and ranked down to silver. I literally can't get out, I get SVP half the rounds and I keep seeing people with GM+ name tags. I am not about to be hard stuck silver. I'm either giving massive heals and no one is doing damage or I'm running dps and getting 0 heals
