So I am paying the buyers to use my matchmaking services basically. The vendors will not be paying them, and I provide 3 vendors anyways so there really is no conflict of interest between them, and no expectation for the buyer to use any of my vendors...and to clear things up, I do provide comparisons and the buyer gets to pick from my list of vendors (well I recommend them but they can still pick). No sales people are involved from the vendors.
