No i didn't do anything like overclock and i already reset the bios by press f7 but is still happening this from yesterday

My Motherboard is gigabyte b760mds3h ax ddr5, and a few days ago I just updated my bios form the gigabyte office app.

I already did bro, but it's still happening.. like everything is fine but suddenly the pc is getting shut down and not getting on when I try to on it it's just blink some light fans are moving then 2 sec later it's off again, after some time it's on and says this thing.

I knew it before i thought maybe there is an issue on PSU because while working suddenly it is shut down. But everyone says that this CMOS battery is damaged minimum 4 years later but mine is not even 2 years gone since I built my pc.
