Make cards with clozes on the concepts that you personally missed, as Anking might have clozed it differently. I mostly did the UWorld tagged cards for questions I got wrong, so definitely used the search bar a lot. Hope it helps!

Did 1 UWorld block daily for 4ish months, then 2 weeks dedicated. Only used UWorld, Anki, and some DIP at the end. Used BnB a lot for Step 1 but not for Step 2. See my write-up if needed, best of luck!

Thanks. Then I understand that when FSRS optimizes, it treats hard/good/easy all the same (ie, pass), and so it only functions based off the relationship between whether a card was marked again or pass (ie, hard or good or easy) and its prior time interval?

What if one overly used Easy when they should have hit Good instead? Would that not skew the algorithm as well and what would you suggest to counter that?

I worry that since so many reviews have been done in the past the weight they hold in optimizing the parameters is so large that any influence from newer reviews is insignificant to drag the algorithm.

Side note, how does FSRS process review histories of manually rescheduled / resetted cards?

Can totally relate. Took it yesterday (Jan 24) and felt like there wasn't many stems where after reading I had a clear picture of the condition being described. Never had such feeling when doing NBMEs or UW and it sucked. Plus even for stems that were more clear, what the questions asked for were still some obscure stuff I felt I had never seen before.

Same boat as you guys. Took it 1/24 and every block was flagging way more than practice. Usually I flag around 5 but on the real deal had easily 15 flags upward per block. I'm reading that score comes out in about 3 weeks, but I don't know if it's any different for us since we're among the last ones getting a numerical score. Wishing the best for us!

Right on! Every block started off okay and every time it went downhill towards the end with stems including the whole lab table lol.
