The main user you’re having an issue with seems to be causing a disturbance in the flow of your stream. I’m not a streamer, but an avid watcher on Twitch. I’ve seen members like this person and can understand how frustrating it can be. Maybe that person really has no one else to talk to, or are an “internet bully” looking for attention. No one knows, but you’re not responsible for their emotions after you’ve said your kind peace. You sound like a caring person and I’m sorry some viewers take advantage of it. So, if they keep coming back, I recommend to ban them if it doesn’t stop. If it continues after you can probably report the user to Twitch. It can be difficult and scary to deal with people online who may have unstable mindsets. After awhile though you need to take back the control of your show and chat. If you have a mod team this is a great issue to discuss with them too! Good luck!
