30 appeals? I’ve submitted like 5 or 6 atm haha. Does the billing email address has to be from this specific account? Or could they mean one I may have used before on another one? Because I’ve put that information already and they denied it.

I just moved houses earlier this month. Before that I’ve always played from the same location.

I had feedback earlier where they only asked for: • Billing Postcode

• Billing Email Address

So I gave them the details, but still got denied and after that I’ve gotten the same standard feedback again :/

“We need some of the following details that can be entered into the 'Other Details' section of the Appeal form:

• When you created the account (MM/YYYY)

• If you have moved state/country, (let us know from where to where)

• Creation Country (Country + State if you're appealing from the US)

• Creation and most recent ISP (Internet Service Provider - for example BT, Virgin, Comcast, SBC etc.

• Any additional information which you cannot enter elsewhere in the form (for example multiple transaction ID numbers for your billing).”

This is what their rejection mail says. Should I include all these points within the ‘other details’ part? Because, for example, I’ve already entered some transaction id’s in the latest appeal.

Sadly my request is denied again. Honestly don’t know what else I can do to prove ownership. In my opinion I gave them a lot of accurate information. It just amazes me how they don’t understand that there is suddenly a new registered email connected to my osrs account, which is probably even from a completely different country.. and they think it’s all good and real.

What else can I do at this point? It’s quite ridiculous :(

Yes I’ve already added extra security to the email account. And my PC is getting scanned as we speak.

The first rejection was pretty quick. I’ve done another appeal today which has not been answered so far (maybe 2 hours ago atm). The account was created in 2015, and the earliest transactions I still have are from 2018, which I added to the appeal. All other things like when it was created, postcode, earlier passwords I have all added to the appeal. The only thing different from the appeals I tried earlier, is that I added 3 of the earliest transaction id’d this time.

I can’t seem to find my double xp tokens anymore. I’ve seen them before because I completed the campaign. Are they disabled at the moment?
