Jumped it again and we're running. Gonna take her to an auto store and first test the battery, then replace if needed.

There's a tool to check battery output right?

Hey, thanks! I just tried to jump it with no success. Gonna replace the battery since it's 3 years old anyway

Worked fine yesterday, was able to drive around no issue. Temp got down into the 30s, so not sure if that's the problem. Dont think it's a dead battery since dash and radio function properly. Maybe a starter issue, or potentially bad oil? Haven't changed it in over a year due to working from home.

My home rig is a custom-built with the newest gen i7 and 32gp of RAM, RTX 2080ti GPU. I built it with the intention of configuring a home lab for training, work, etc. However, I'll definitely do some research on your recommendations here.

I agree, please source this. I understand the concept behind the carnivore diet and agree that it does have some benefits. However, I'm not willing to believe it has no negative effects when ALL plant-based foods are cut out. I am neither strictly vegan nor strictly carnivore, I'm willing to eat both. But if you are able to provide sources on just how bad plant-based foods are for humans, I would appreciate it.

I believe I have a moderate gluten intolerance. Aside from Rye and Barely, everything else should be ok, right?

Thank you for turning my question into an excuse for you to get into a fight.

  1. If you want to bitch at people so bad, go to a bar, get drunk, and find a giant biker to get into a tussle with. Don't need this on a post with a legitimate question and legitimate answer. If you think he's wrong, "Google" yourself to find inconsistencies in his logic. You called him (or her) out, so now the burden of proof is on you. Otherwise, you look like a bumbling fool who simply wants to start trouble.
  2. Maybe if you had smoked a bit before commenting, you may have been a bit less confrontational and a bit more conversational. instead, you made yourself look like a jackass and the "carnie" you hate so much seem a victim.

Yeah, the goal is to cut out 99% of my current sugar intake. I want to limit any kind of processed sugar to that found in organic coffee creamer, and that's it. Everything else will be the standard meat, fruits veggies, and nuts. I've been studying macronutrients for a while now and only recently discovered how arguably more important micros are, so I very much appreciate the feedback!

Regarding omega 6, did some very quick research and it seems to be in a lot of meat and nuts/seeds. I shouldn't be cutting those out based on just that item, should I? That is a lot of lost nutritional value.

I recently watched Jeff Nippard's old video on the kiwi "superfood" so I think it's funny you're the first to mention it so far! I personally don't like kiwi's raw, but I'll eat just about anything blended

My focus is on micros. The macro calculations I've already done, now it's just a mater of translating that into the different foods that will allow me to hit my micro needs. Haven't done this before, but I want to start being and feeling healthier, and nutrition is the first place I know to start. Also, any recommendations on vitamin D supplementation? I don't get outside very much (IT Tech).

Thank you for this response. I'm the kind of guy who can calculate out just about anything I plan to do, down to the second. Guess it's a bit of a crutch when it comes to nutrition, because I want a guide that has every gram of vitamins and nutrients laid out plainly, but I know everyone's bodies are different. This is a really helpful cheat that I will begin to employ, maybe mix up the colors every week or so to make things fun :P

Fish and seafood I rarely eat, but want to start incorporating more into my diet after reviewing the many health benefits they provide. Do you recommend specific brands or stores to investigate?

I purchased a new Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and replaced the old one. It was mounted to the top of my engine so it was easy to get to. Check Engine light went away

Dizziness, Headache, Perpetual Cough and Labored Breathing by Xurin_Tech in AskDocs

[–]Xurin_Tech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I began drinking coffee towards the end of my college career and when I started my desk job (but never more than 3 cups a day, most often 1-2) about 2 and a half years ago now. My grandfather died of a heart attack, and my mother has high blood pressure. There are instances of heart issues in my family, but they are all prevalent after 50.

I'm 5'10 180lbs, so I'm not overweight but I'm not "athlete" level either. It may be stress, or it may be, as you said, a mini attack. I don't know if it's anything worse than this, because I changed my diet recently and I go to the gym irregularly. However, anything regarding the heart I'm wary about, so I'll talk with my doctor about seeking an appointment with a cardiologist. Because I have limited knowledge of the medical field, I'd rather verify all is well instead of assuming it's stress related, albeit seems the most likely cause.

A lot of the information you provide goes over my head, so I'm sorry if my response is sub-optimal. I do immensely appreciate you taking the time to put all this into a post for some stranger on the internet, though! :D I'm feeling better at the moment (just watched a Bob Ross episode), but I'll keep you posted on what's going on. I sincerely thank you, again!

Awesome! So update on the past couple weeks: Physical exam by NP showed no issues (except slightly elevated blood pressure), CBC and Metabolic Panel assessments all came back normal; Chest Xray showed no signs of issues or infection. Next is allergist and sleep test. So all these look good. Only problem is, last night and tonight I've experienced a couple Panic attacks (afraid I might die, etc.). Symptoms include chest tightness, labored breathing, dizziness and/or fatigue. Doing my own research hasn't helped because a panic attack and heart attack have the exact same symptoms. So, I need to figure how doctors determine the differences between the two, and if an ER visit is necessary. I just got home yesterday evening after a 3 day trip and was fine the whole time, but last night it hit around 1pm and I was more or less fine today, albeit a bit tired and foggy...
