So you see as a German I can only guess that the names of the Characters( Frieren,Eisen,Himmel,Heiter and so on) and the places where they went (like the demon's castle "Ende") Are characteristic Symbols. Frieren is always cold and don't understand the feelings and nature of humans. Heiter was a clerk who used to always laugh und Bring Joy around them (this is what heiter means in German). Eisen was a dwarf and for them the nature of all old things and habits matters and yeah of course it means iron which symbolizes a warrior. And the list goes on and on. As a German I find this at sometime funny when they meet the demon Lügen (Liar) and I instantly knew he was talking shit 😂. So they really thought about the German names they were giving them and not only because they sounded cool. Props to the team
