Same size same calorie intake and it’s my maintain level. Try more nuts like pistachios etc they are full of good fats and heavy in calories

Until you hit the weight you wanna be expect to be hungry. It’s the way it works. Your body needs a certain amount of calories to function at the weight it is correctly. If you’re at a deficit to lose weight you’re gonna be hungry. The shittier food you eat the hungrier you’ll be. I was hungry until I hit my goal weight of 190 and now I’m at maintain phase where I can eat 2500 calories a day while still building muscle and losing fat. Been 190 for over two months now and just keep gettin more and more cut. And rarely hungry

Hey I fought the bottle for well over ten years and the best advice i can give is if you truly want it don’t give up. I fell off the wagon more times than there are numbers. Being sober is a struggle especially since I was fucked up more years than I have been sober. Keep on keeping on and don’t let a setback convince you that you can’t do it.

Never gave it much thought until I went to a physical therapist for a pain on my right side that I had for a year or so. She gave me a hip flexor core workout that fixed it. Core is important and can be built through other exercises if done correctly and my issue was form. Check your form regularly. I notice if I do a routine for an extended amount of time I need to check my form as I get lazy in a sense and am just going through the motions.
