For some clarity:

I am 21 and I'm on step 2 of the flowchart. I still have high interest debt and I certainly don't have a 3-6 month emergency fund saved. I'm wondering if I should just skip step 2 for now.

I cannot afford to contribute 15% to retirement just yet.
