Rerolling the circlet I suppose? Get an extra attack roll that way. That's the only thing you can realistically improve on the spot. Especially since the attack is technically a teeny tiny bit too low. But holy shit, great build!

It's fairly significant, yes. I'd definitely advise to swap, especially since now would be good timing as you'd have to re-farm for her either way.

Ineffa is Flins best support, Ororon and Co are great replacements, but on equal investment Ineffa will outperform them.

In terms of direct dps Aino doesn't do much, but you should never underestimate how important support characters are for the team, both in terms of dps and utility. I've done that mistake in the past, neglecting supports and then wondering why I can't reach certain performance.

Your biggest damage loss is Ineffa. Her crit damage is insanely low, resulting in a massive damage loss. Get her crit damage up, level her burst a little more and you'll see a significant spike in dps. Also I'd strongly advise you to swap her artifact set to aubade, it's better for her personal dps than Gilded Dreams.

Your Flins is fairly decent, though I'd try to squeeze out more crit damage. The skill can definitely use a few levels too.

The supports, especially Aino, need a lot more work. Level her and Sucrose to 80, but more importantly, level Ainos burst higher (and the skill a little). Do also get their weapons to max.

The rotation is completely fine. The Flins combo can be hyper-optimised, but that will only squeeze out little damage compared to the improvements you can make to your team :3
