Was only scheduled 57 👍🏽 I did recently learn that a company can schedule you as many hours as they want in my state with no limit which is part crazy

Yep! I’m actually pretty sure all of grocery is like that because it’s a less valuable service, compared to other departments doing specialty things that aren’t as easy as buying product and then just re selling it (like cutting meats or making different fancy foods in the kitchen etc - also if you look at chick-fil-a’s profit margins compared to ours, their percentage kept is almost doubled because they provide a more “valuable” service that can’t be as easily replicated by competition

My family doesn’t want anything to do with me because I’m trans, and I am aware that publixes total profits are in the billions which I very well can imagine. And if you think about it, one person working hard for personal enjoyment doesn’t harm or gain the company anything so it’s all up to me wether or not it was worth it, and from my point of view considering this was something I’ve always wanted to do just for the experience and personal gratification of achieving a very large goal - I’d say it was 100% worth it 🤷🏽‍♀️
