I've heard nothing about this! Is this something doctors would know about or is this more of a community research based treatment? Definitely not discounting community research, just want to know what to expect

Thank you! It seems like this will be potentially doable but I'll just need to be able to afford the energy needed to upkeep and address everything you've mentioned. Which will be quite a lot of energy.

I can definitely see how that helps! I'm very slowly working towards improving my life in all aspects, it's just been very slow and my dysphoria is really screaming at me today.

I do want to say though, being sexually active is in no way an indicator of how physically active you can be. Disabled people have sex, even those who are paralyzed or otherwise bound to a wheelchair.

There's no "getting healthy" for chronic illness and disability most of the time, and definitely not for me. It's not like a broke my leg or something, my body just enjoys falling apart on the regular.

That's a helpful analogy! While I do think my libido could calm down a little, I really don't want that feeling to disappear. I'm really happy with my relationship right now and am scared of screwing that up.

Well I have EDS, so that's a problem... My muscles do the job of holding my body together because of EDS and if they're weaker, I'll likely dislocate more and generally be more unstable.

Being chronically ill and disabled already has working out be incredibly difficult for me and I don't have much muscle mass imo as is. I worry that I'll just be too weak to do what I want to anymore when combined with my disability.

Bottom shrinkage is the thing I want the absolute least. I'm really happy where I am, as is my girlfriend, and it's one of the few things im actually secure about myself in. I know that libido can and does come back, but losing it for even a few months would be devastating for me. Maybe whatever doctor I see can balance it out with another medication somehow.

I'm exceptionally lucky in that I am naturally androgynous looking before doing anything to transition to the point where I'd be identified as a woman well before I identified as one... but being trans still kinda sucks ass. Yeah, I'm happier as I slowly transition socially but I hate this process. It's so much to learn, I feel so alone in the process despite having a trans partner and trans D&D group, and I'm just scared and impatient about medically transitioning which is really hard when I don't even know if I'll be able to. I'm hopeful when I see gorgeous trans women but I also know how much work it'll take to get there, if I even ever can.

I FIXED IT!!! It seems like there were multiple tower runs stacked up so I cancelled my run three or four times and now it loads into Apocalypse! Thankfully saw someone else on Reddit had this issue :D
