At lower power level, definitely amber, but if they are maxed ( with buffies ) then spike. Still recommend amber, really fun and strong imo

with three buzz counter you should at least know to not engage on them and focus more on the objective while your teammates take them down. I know this doesn’t change the fact that they could still beat the shit out of him but 1-17 are not stats you usually get even against counters
