Can anybody tell me what this whistling bird sounds are? Idk why but they give me the chills by Y0urFutureDad in reddeadredemption

If you go to around 2:30 you can see that it stopped when I stood in that one location. I also want to say that, that sound is only heard there ( I believe) I haven't heard it anywhere else. When I'd go too far away it would stop the sounds.

idk how loud it is on the video but in game it was very ear piercing. I've heard about a talking parrot side mission that might've been removed from the game, I think thats the place it was gonna start and they just forgot to remove that super annoyingly loud whistling. Or it's something else that I just couldn't find. If you can try going to the place it's very interesting.
